Can anyone who has been given residence permit in the republic of ireland enter northern ireland without visa?
stamp four type of residence permit.Does this form part of good friday agreement?
The common travel agreement applies to citizens of the Republic of Ireland and the UK.
My understanding of a residence permit is that it gives the right to reside & work in the Republic of Ireland but as far as travelling abroad is concerned, you are a citizen of your country of origin and if you are required to have a visa if it is necessary.
To be sure, I would contact the British Embassy in Dublin.
You could also give these guys a ring & see what they have to say:

Could you tell us why you think the Good Friday agreement would cover this? Movement of British & Irish citizens between the UK & the Republic of Ireland is governed by the Ireland Act 1949 in Great Britain and a similar act in the Republic.
