Can you have any music as your entrance music for a wedding in a Catholic church in Ireland?

I am wondering if there are restrictions on what music you play. I am getting married in Lady Chapel in Maynooth in Co.Kildare. Any advice would be great
Additional Details
No it's nothing horrible, it's a sweet lil song, it has lovely words, but it's not religious music, like Ave Maria, which alota weddings play.

If the parish had strict policies, they would have already told you. There are official suggested guidelines from the church, but if you decide on something else you would like, nobody's going to say nay. They won't stop you walking down the aisle because they don't like your choice.

Bring Your Daughter To The Slaughter by Iron Maiden would be a good one.

They probably won't let you have "Je t'aime"

you don't want " the sash my father wore" bad taste.

Ask the parish priest? Different parishes have different rules.

Podge and Rodge Tribute Band
It depends on the priest. If it was a Brian D' Arcy/Fr.Trendy type he'd probably allow anything at all but even he would draw the line at Cradle of Filth or Nepalm Death.....

Just let the officiating priest have a listen in advance and I'm sure it will be ok. It doesn't have to be a hymn.

I'd say you'd be fine. I know of priests around here who've done punk rock themed weddings. If the punks were okay, I'm sure you'll be too. =]
