Cheap accommodation in Center of Dublin. Recommendations please?

Hi there
My dream is to go to Ireland and I will be doing that in June. Just Dublin sadly (as I love to see every bit of Ireland) but Dublin is completely fine ..... and I am highly excited about my trip :)

Can you please recommend a nice hotel/hostel in the center of the town? I am planning to do a lot of walking and for that reason, cant live too far from the city. Thanks everyone!

There's a middle-of-the-road solution too. Hostels are the cheapest lodgings, if you don't mind being with many other people. Hotels are very expensive, especially in City Centre. But bed & breakfasts are my preferred lodgings. My wife and I stay entirely in B&Bs when we are in Ireland. They are quieter, cleaner, and a nice Irishwoman makes breakfast for you before you head out to begin your day! Expect to spend about 50 euro a night for those, especially in Dublin, which is much more expensive than in the rest of Ireland. Things are a little cheaper north of the Liffey, and still not far from the centre.

i stayed here in in this dublin hostel

it's cheap and clean and right in the middle of Temple Bar. The rooms have en suite and it's above a pub - what more do you need.
