You won't get any pubs or clubs open in Ireland at all on good friday. No Alcohol is sold here on that day not for the whole 24hrs
You won't even get a club open after midnight it's a no go here not even if you were a resident in a hotel you wont get served alcohol at all |

Sorry, but Pubs and Clubs do not open on Good Friday, neither do Off Licences. |

None will open before midnight, but some will open at one minute after midnight. The best you can do is to book into a hotel if you want drink before midnight and then go to the club. |

You've obviously got a slight problem here but here is what I would do:
As already suggested, see if you can book a hotel with a bar likely to open at midnight on Friday/Saturday. Go for one of the city hotels such as the Metropole, etc. You might also check off-licences in the city area - a few might be open on Good Friday evening.
If you get your cans, bring it discretely back to your hotel room! You don't want to annoy people or be asked to leave.
I doubt if anyone is going to post the names of pubs opening illegally on Yahoo answers! |

if you are very lucky, you will find a club that will open it's doors at midnight. I know one or two clubs did it in Dublin last year. don't know about Cork though... |

Sorry but I am afraid the answer is no to all parts of your question, I lived in Cork for years and never knew of any pubs or clubs that opened after midnight on Good Friday - they like their few days off too.
Even as a resident in a hotel you won't get served alcohol on Good Friday.

You will have more luck if your staying in a hotel,
I am sure you will get a drink there. But as for Clubs & Pubs ??? I very much doubt it.{ Ireland is a religious country}
