00353 is the international code.. there 3 prefix codes 087 086 085.... who ever your calling will have one of these, so just drop the 0 so its.... 0035387 or 0035386 or 0035385 insert (7 digit number here!) get it?

Shiv
dial you rnumber to get out of your country(in Canada it is 011) then 353 then drop the 0 fron the mobile number for example

to dial a 087 number from canada yopu would dial

01135387

A tip if your calling find a cheap rate carrier I dial 1010710 before those numbers and it costs 0.99 for 20 minutes to a land line and $5.00 for 20 min to a mobile!!!

00353. remove the 0 from the start of the mobile phone number e.g a number starting in 087 just dial 0035387 and then the rest of the number.

Wal
You should dial ---- 00353 then the number you want and take of the first "0" ie 00 353 77*******

helsinki
00353 minus the zero off the mobile code (if there is one).
