Did resident from republic of ireland need visa to vist uk?
Additional Details and if the residnt have difrent pasport(arabic passport)still he could vist without visa, and is republic of ierland meaning north of ierland?
the Republic of Ireland is NOT the north of Ireland - by which I presume you mean Northern Ireland.
If you are NOT a citizen of the Republic then you may not visit the UK without the necessary visa.
As you are on an Arabian passport you are not a member of the EU. Only EU citizens may travel through EU countries without the required visa.
I should be doing something else
No because Ireland and UK are all part of the EU so no visa required.
EDIT:
If you have an Arabic passport you will need a visa to work in the UK and Ireland.

You don't need a visa but you should carry photo id if travelling.

Yes, You might need Visa to visit the UK. Rep. of Ireland is independent of the UK. Its capital is Dublin. It is Northern Ireland that is a part of the UK. IIts capital is Belfast. You don't need a Visa to go from Northern Ireland to the UK.
