just because greeks are tanned doesn't mean they are not white
Irish people are just racist people in my opinion if they are nice to you ,then they will be talking behind your back .they are two faced people
and are not educated enough to know simple things if Greeks are white.
next thing they will be saying germans ,austrian are not white lol
ps . some of you maybe mad for saying the truth out in the open but thats how it is .And if Irish are not racist so tell me why only Eire voted /referendum/ NO 2 years ago for other eu countries to join ?!

Are you the same person who linked to some satirical article about Greece a few weeks ago, and asked why Irish people hated Greeks?

If not, then no, Ireland has no problem with Greece or Greeks. I've never heard or seen anything involving Irish people being racist towards Greeks.

I have never heard of any problems with the Greeks! And never spent any time of categorising them any further than - hello, Greek.

As a nation we do not categorise people as white or other and is not something in general conversation.

I would consider them mediterranean, but my first thought wouldn't be that they are white in the common sense of the word

Wow I've never heard of that, yeah Greeks are white, just a little tanned, not that color makes an ounce of difference to the vast majority of people here, of course there are a small few who are racist, but Irish people in general are renowned for their acceptance of other nationalities, regardless of color or religion or anything else for that matter, we usually judge people by our own personal experience with them
