No you don't need a passport but take something else drivers lis or the likes with a picture on for I.D purposes.

You do not mention if you are an EU citizen. If so, then you should not need a passport, but check with your airline.

I traveled from the UK to Dublin last year and did have my passport stamped, but I am not an EU citizen.

Under the Treaty of Amsterdam, which created a common travel area agreement, so UK and Irish citizens travelling between both countries are not required to carry a passport. You will need to carry photo ID, such as a driving licence.

No, with a UK passport you dont need to stress. But even if you have your old passport on you with your maiden name, it wont be marked as invalid for your honeymoon... They wont penalize you for being 'just married' as you would need you marriage certificate to update the name anyway... HAVE FUN!

OMG
Are u from the UK? Yes

You need photographic ID if you're flying to Northern Ireland or Irish free State.
If you are a British Subject then you are remaining in UK if going to NI.
If travelling to IFS then you also do not require a passport as a passport is not required for travel between UK and IFS.
