Ireland is one of the most expensive countries in Europe!
There is nothing poor about it.
The standard of living is very high and prices almost exorbitant!
It is now entering into a severe recession but still remains very expensive to live there. |

Ok, really not.
Ireland is one of the wealthiest countries, not just in the EU but in the world.
Ten years of a booming economy would suggest that, eh??
So would our charitble givings per head, and our overseas aid program, one of the best in the world.
Both Spain, Portugal, and even the UK fare below us.
And this is from a biased, I live here kinda way, I know this from my studies of economics.
And frankly, Im slightly baffled buy your question. |
