They are a member of the European Union (EU) if that's what you mean.....

They use the Euro.....

Yes, Ireland belongs to the European Union.

The Euro is the currency used in the Republic of Ireland, but in Northern Ireland they still use the pound sterling, as that's still officially part of the United Kingdom.
