Does anyone know anything good that's in cork on the 31st October?

I was just wondering because a couple of my friends and i are travelling down from galway and want to get dressed up.. Haven't found anywhere though that seems to have any halloween parties!
Additional Details
in fact it's a celtic thing that originated with the festival samhain. Why would you bother answering if you're not going to try and be helpful?

Why when how, Hallowe'en did come from Ireland originally.

Get dressed up anyway, and go around the streets, I'm sure you'll find something. And have a great time!

I've read lots about the samhain festival, going back to our long ago pagan roots. Never heard that they went trick or treating, though.

it's an American thing - try there

Next we'll be celebrating Thanks Giving.

Seriously have a good night, whatever you do

Orla you plumb, the concept of dressing up and celebrating Hallowe'en in the way the questioner suggests is an American thing. A far cry from the ancient ritual of Hallow's Eve celebrated by the Celtic peoples.

So less thumb down and more facts please!

thanks a million
