Dublin Street Photography?

I'm visiting Dublin as part of a photography project, I want to visit less tourist heavy areas so I can capture more of the life of the people that live there, market areas in particular would be great. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Christine
Thomas Street & Meath Street They are located between Guinness's and City Centre, but its usually only the locals that go there.

Other areas that might be worth a visit are Rathmines and Renelagh.

A lovely area would be near the Grand Canal, Ballsbridge, and Donnybrook. Lovely Georgian homes, nice greenery, and wee pubs and shops. It is just south of city centre, in the Dublin 4 area. It is a very safe area of Dublin. The bulk of Dublin's embassies and many diplomatic residences are located in Ballsbridge, and RTE is located in Donnybrook. The buses to get there would be the Number 5,7,8.
Good Luck!

What sort of a photography project?!
Dublin has some amazing photo opportunities- be sure to have a good lens with a fairly wide aperture though!!

The Georges Street arcade is always brimming and is a good spot to get some shots- the Temple Bar Saturday market, going into Rathmines, Ranelagh and Black rock too.

Lots of arches and curves to help your shots! Enjoy :)
