Jacobs Inn/Isaacs hostel is fine. IT's basic but clean and is right by the main bus station where you can get a coach that will take you directly to the airport. From Jacobs, it's about a 5 minute walk to O'Connell St and Henry St (the main Northside shopping area) and about 10 mins from Temple Bar, the main drag for bars and nightlife.
Jacobs Inn and Isaacs hostel cost about 25 euro per person per night, but it's dorm-style accommodation with about 4 per room.
Isaacs hotel is 85 euro per room. In this price range, you could also try Jury's Parnell Street (89 euro per room, up to 3 people per room) which is way nicer than Jacobs and is also conveniently located just off O'Connell St.

just google dublin and lots of tourist stuff will come up. Find reviews online of the hotels you are thinking of staying in.

Strange... very strange but... sometimes happens things like this.

Well, lets find another option. The good now: Dublin have lots of hotels so will be easy to pick up one that fits your pocket and your travelplan. So you only need a place where get a good deal. I left you a good option, with all the best deals around internet:

Alright, I went to Dublin last week. Best thing to do with your accomodation is have a look on tripadvisor.com - This site has honest reviews from people who have stayed there. You can decide from there. Nightlife, Dublin isn't huge, but Temple bar and that area seems to be the place to party.
And when you walk out of Dublin Airport, (it's also small) turn Left and there is a line up of buses that will take you into the city. They range from about €6 one way to about €13. Only the coaches are expensive so head to the double decker buses, they're cheap. And it's only about a 20min trip. Easy.
If you do decide against Jacobs Inn, check out laterooms.com for some great last minute deals on rooms, and again check tripadvisor for some honest reviews on it.

We stayed at Brooks Hotel on Drury St. It was great - recommended. And if you need a nice place for nice dinner, then La Cave is highly recommended.

you can stay at the Gresham Hotel its very nice and not so expensive, is near the city centrer. Or even better, stay at a Bed And Breakfast, there are a lot in dublin and some ary very nice and its a hole new experience

you realy should visit Dublinia, its a place where you can have a glance at Dublin of te MiddleAges. Go to the National Art Gallery, and dont miss Trinity college, there you must visit the Library and look at the famous harp. the life is in Grafton Street, very cool with stores and bars and restaurants.
