Find person in Ireland!?

I recently visited Dublin on a college trip, where I got a very good friend. Unfortunately I just found out, that I only have her first name, phone number, full address and school. Does anyone know how I find out what her last name is?

If you have her address and phone number, you don't need her last name. Either phone her and ask her, or write to her and ask her.

get her last name by texting her on the phone and that it!
or write her a letter...

You have her full address, so write to her. If her name was Sandra for instance, there's probably only one Sandra at her house, so not having a surname won't prevent the letter getting delivered correctly.

Or phone her, or even text if it is a mobile number. If she is a very good friend, as you state, she will be delighted to hear from you.
