Rain The Roadie

From Dublin to america, how much?

Roughly how much would it cost to fly from Dublin Ireland, to Nevada?

Me and a few friends were thinking of going to burning man next summer, and I was wondering if anyone had an idea of how much plane tickets might cost?

Any help much appreciated :)

Hard to tell with fuel prices really, but I would count on it being steep. Go through Vegas I'd guess is the best way, that way you have a day there too. I'd guess 800 euro, maybe more if they add more fees (as they do)

Bring serious sunblock (45+) and drink plenty of water once you get there - as you are Irish, the climate is going to be a huge shock to your system. It's like being in an oven in the day.

hi im from dublin and travel to las vegas every year.at the moment it around 700 euro, you cannot fly directly into nevada so will need to get a connecting flight from 1 of many citys.

enjoy

Airfare is ALWAYS changing.

i would look on all the travel sites...

expedia.com
travelocity.com

also, check continental.com

words of advice...BOOK EARLY!!! The last few trips i took... i booked over 6 months in advance and the closer the trip came... the higher the price of plane tickets went up. i was so glad that i booked early.

in 2006, we flew from New York to Ireland (landed in Dublin). We booked 9 months in advance for $500 per ticket. one month before we left, the price had gone up to $1000 PER TICKET!!

yikes!!!!

plan ahead!!!

good luck!
when you are in nevada if you are in the Vegas area.... check out hiking in the "Red Rock Canyon" it is gorgeous!!

All the best :)

Would there be any room in your suitcases for us?!

Although you can get flights around €700 this September by next year the way things are going in the aviation industry and oil being up and down I'd budget for it being at least €100-€150 more.

Dublin to Las Vegas is €774.24 on the Aer Lingus site at the moment. (I couldn't find one on the Ryanair site.) You might want to shop around.
