Belfast is in Northern Ireland which falls under the UK, you need to investigate getting a visa to enter and work in the UK not the Republic of Ireland.

some place called Belfast? If my memory serves me correctly it's in fact the capital.
Book a flight there? I suggest that's the best thing to do.

Priscilla Duck
I don't think anyone is gonna be able to provide that list for you honey, unless they are also from the USA and have also moved to Belfast to open a tattoo parlour, in which case they're not very likely to provide the competition with much help now are they?

If it's legal requirements you are after, you should get in contact with your local British embassy or consulate and they will guide you through the immigration procedures.go to http://www.britainusa. com/

Your friend should surely be able to fill you in on the details of what you need to prepare yourself for life in Belfast? Start with a warm coat, plenty of cash and a sense of humour.

For general information on life abroad, try www.expatica. com

Good luck.

Ronan
Move to the Republic, way better! The only thing you need is your passport and visa or greencard which are a piece of piss to get, obviously money would be good, when you get here go to tax office or social welfare office and get a tax number, then go about doing your thing.

jo jo
i hope you will manage to get the tattoo in the right place, look fo rbelfast n.i on the www. you will be suprised good luck

Andrew
how can u move?
use a plane

The Entertainer
you should probably take the hovercraft or submarine

i guess a plane would work as well

Northern Ireland is in the UK, so ask in the UK section, they'll be better able to tell you about UK visas and such things.

yeah i ve been there ireland is a good place .
i think from ingland

Mark M
FIRST OF ALL. YOUR NOT LOOKING TO MOVE TO IRELAND AT ALL. YOU SAID "NORTHERN IRELAND, SOME PLACE CALLED BELFAST". THAT'S IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, DON'T GET MISTAKEN BY THE NAME.

YOU NEED TO HAVE;

MONEY.
VISA.
FLIGHTS.
ACCOMMODATION.
