I've been to see the football - a few first/second round games, leinster semi finals, leinster final, all Ireland quarter final, all Ireland semi final twice and all Ireland final twice in croke park, meath were playing.
It's a great stadium, really big and the atmosphere is unbelieveable, even when it's raining it's great. I love being in the hogan stand close to the pitch, it's a great view from there. the stadium is really high up, and can get a bit scary being at the very top which I was for meath v kerry a few years ago, I couldn't stand up. there isn't much at the front of you to stop you from falling forward. |

Yes ! its the home of the Gaelic Athletic Association ( GAA) and is where all the big All Ireland Football and Hurling matches are played. They also host open air Concerts in the summer. Mohamed Ali boxed there once in front of a crowd of 80,000. It's on the north side of the city and is only a mile from the city center.
Enjoy the atmosphere next weekend. |

yea been there so many times each year to support my team wexford!!eh its really good its like huge!! the best place is if you have coropate tickets!! they are the best!! but normal tickets are good to!! what day you going up and who are you supporting?? been there for all the wexford matches this year and last year and the year before etc!! true supporter!!!lol!!! |

yes i have been a couple of times. ive been to a couple of gaa matches. the stadium is huge and when its full there is an amazing atmosphere. ive also been to a concert there which was cool aswell |
