i know here in cork city the day it came in the law fine 125 drivers in one part of cork city in a 3 hour period |

A friend of a friend was stopped last Friday, he's about 18. They warned him, no fine. Funny thing is I seen him Saturday evening driving, only option is to fine on the spot. |
