Has anyone ever heard the term,'a drip that never dropped'?

meaning an insufferable boring person. I use it all the time, but I sometimes think nobody knows what I'm on about.
Except my nearest and dearest, who've expanded on it.
Additional Details
I thought the alliteration was quite good, raging I've no assonance.

Rambo, exapnsions, are a frozen drip, boring and heartless
drip that splashed, didn't think they had it in them, but hey, there are fun

The dry shites on non dripping drops should get together, you never know what could happen, LOL.

Maybe its more exclusively Dublin than it seems.

I've never heard it... but, I will use it. I like it. Tell me some of your "nearest and dearest's" expressions. If you don't mind. I love "sayings".

I haven't heard of that one before, the only one I think I've heard for an insufferably boring person is a 'dry shite' I think I may've even been called it once or twice. :p

No I have never heard it, though drip is used as for a awkward male ... a nerd of sorts.

However. it does sound like the "he/she is like watching paint dry" expression.

It's always good howeverr to vary a little, and say the same thing in different ways. Plus, he alliteration on "dr" as in "drop" and "drip" is goo for a while, but it doesn't bear repetition.

gaspipe
