I live in Ireland. It's fantastic.

I live here. It is hard to imagine what a visitor would think of the place. It is a modern European country. The cities are like most cities, , busy and full. The countryside is beautiful.

There is crime, and all the stuff that goes with modern life, but I find , compared to other countries I've been too, the people are very chatty.

Expect strangers to talk to you.

I was born and live here, and have lived in other places which may be better in terms of weather, economy, etc.

But unfortunately I'm biased, and don't really want to live anywhere else.

Its a lot better now that the IRA have stopped bombing the north from their base here.
