the only way to do that is find somebody with a dublin accent and get used to talking with them and like them

Dublin accents are hard to imitate unless youre from Ireland but as someone above has already mentioned above, you should just listen to someone from Dublin talking. People from Dublin speak very differently from Cork/Tipperary folk. It would maybe be easier to imitate a Donegal accent which is softer than Dublin and similar to Northern Irish accents.

Which Dublin one? The inner city 'bread and butthered' one, or the posh West Brit one?

Try looking for one of the Dublin city radio stations online, and listening to that.
