The training takes two and a quarter hours and costs €36 return for an economy ticket. It goes from Belfast Central Station to Dublin Connolly. It's a nice way to travel. You can also take the air coach from outside Jury's hotel. It costs about £8 single. But it takes over 3 hours and stops in every small town along the way. Also, it only brings you to Dublin airport, so you'll have to get another bus into the city centre.
Train is a bit more expensive, but so worth it. |

You could take the bus, but I think the train is nicer. It leaves from Connolly station, and it's not the Ianrod Eireann service, it's another one. |

Hitching a ride would probably be the cheapest way.
But probably safer taking the bus, check out the time tables on:http://www.translink.co.uk/present/GLE_200_I.asp
Theres also special deals on the train at the moment, if you book online http://www.translink.co.uk/enterprise-sss-form.asp?source=largehome |
