hi you
if there in Dublin and they rang your mobile in Dublin they do it the very same what it only becomes different for you as your ringing back to Ireland oh bewear you may end up paying the extra for the call

im from N.ireland so its the same situation when my friends across the border want to ring me.

you put the code 0044 and then take the 0 at the start of your mobile number off and continue as normal.

e.g if your number is 07965745687 then your friend would dial 00447965745687

joanne is correct

they dial your number and press the green button...

Yup, even if they ring you its still going to cost you (as I learned from when I was in Germany <_< ). I think they just ring your mobile number and it should call. If not then have a look for the prefix for England (e.g. Ireland is 353 + the number).
Since your on a computer they might be near one too. Try and log into msn or skype
