The weekend of the 5th is a bank holiday in Ireland. All the pubs and clubs will be packed but not any more than every weekend. The only difference with a bank holiday is the weekend is longer.

The best thing to do is try and find the best pubs and clubs or museums and galleries if that is what you are into with in walking distance from where you are staying before you go. As taxis will be difficult to get particularly Saturday night.

Hi, Dublin is always manic and it's fantastic, the buzz is amazing, take a trip on a tour bus it's around 14euros you can get on and off all day up to 5.30pm. Take a look inside the post office on O'Connell St it's lovely, I enjoyed Dublin so much last November i am going over 23 April just for a day trip with my mum, i will take her on the tour bus and do some shopping, it has only cost £22.00return Flying from Manchester, Have a great time........it's amazing. Oh there is a ghost bus on O'Connell St. at night.

It'll be absolutely packed.

I went last year and I could hardly move around because of the crowds.
