you need to take the n3 northbound which is called the navan road head for navan town and 15 mins later hey presto ur in kells

from the m50 take the n1 - all the roads (n2 and n3 all go north)

as far as I remember, 20 minutes takes you there.

kells is in county Meath not Westmeath
