Erm, you're asking like this is the first time this has happened, did you come down in the last shower?

HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!

Ahem, however, I hear and understand your frustration, especially given the excellent weather in Ireland this time last year. Here we were thinking we were going to have Global Warming, what a pity it was so short-lived and that this year it came in APRIL.

Here's hoping August will be better.

lone wolf and pub
oh man, just shoot me already.. when is this gonna end?? are we gonna be sunbathing at christmas or something? nearly 2 months without a decent bit of weather... and it looks worse for nesxt week too...although they reckon tomorrow will be 20 degrees

I'm so fed up of the rain. Got lashed on today in Dublin as soon as I left the house. I can't believe it's July - what happened to global warming??? At least it's warm. Every cloud and all that.

So much for being the hottest summer on record. It is more like winter. I wonder what will the winter be like. Couldn't be any worse I suppose.

J
when i went there on holiday last year it only rained once and that only lasted 5 minutes

Don't worry, here in France we've also had one of the worst july... In Paris, the temperatures reach 'normal' july temperatures only today (and when I say "normal"... not SO normal : it was too hot !!!).
The last two weeks were so cold.... and so depressing !!! lol

I must be the only one who loves the rain & thunderstorms etc.
It keeps the reservoirs topped-up.
Keeps the farmers happy.

And most of all keeps the pub empty, so I have more beer for me LOL.

Your horrible Irish weather sounds just like our horrible Texas weather...When we aren't being flooded out, we're suffering a drought.

At least Ireland is beautiful when it gets wet. Texas, not so much...
