Try Bewelys Hotel in Ballsbridge or Leopardstown. If you prefer to be more central either Jury's Inn Christchurch or Pearse Street.

Try Quaity Hotel, Sir John Rogerson Quay. I'm going there this weekend. Cost £68 for 1 night. Don't think you get breakfast tho.

check out ryan air. they have a section for hotels and they are usually not too badly priced..but staying in dublin centre will always be expensive! and bring loads of cash...drink is so expensive! 10 euro for 2 drinks usually!

You should get it a little cheaper. Mespil Hotel or Mc Eniff Canal Hotel are good 3 star budget hotels. Go onto the following site and go to Special offers.

www.visitdublin.ie

Hope this helps.

It's a 3-star hotel in Dublin in the middle of the summer, what do you expect?

Have you tried www.hostelworld.com?

You might be as well to go the 2 or 1 star route, or even Bed & Breakfast (although some of them can charge quite a lot), or try the hostels.

Mind ur business!!

try the aston hotel- clean, relatively cheap, in temple bar but NOT loud...the staff is excellent. they have good specials, too....it's right on aston quay by the oconnell bridge. i stay there whenever i'm in dublin. if not, try the blooms hotel, jurys at christchurch, or..whoever said hostelworld.com- they find good hotels/hostels for cheap and that is a dependable website. but the aston is a nice little oasis.

the temple bar hotel does last minute deals if you want to gamble- my best friend and i stayed there once for...maybe 60 euro (it was in may, though...) for a BEAUTIFUL triple room..very nice. i DID find that it was louder than the aston, though.

best of luck!

Have you tried surrounding areas. Swords for example might be less costly since it is not right in city centre.
