Try a search for JSWAP.

GreenBrigade
This is the best site for rental properties including shared accomodation for Ireland, North and South, most of these are either private landlord (Not Agency) or small agencies

http://daft.ie/

This one is great for renting full apartments or houses, especially for the North: Most of these are advertised by agencies.

You may not know this but you could try an estate agent. They do properties.

www.daft.ie is definitely the best resource to find rental properties. If you're looking for holiday rental you might want to check out the tourism board website here: http://www.discoverireland.ie/where-to-stay.aspx (click on "self catering")
