I will be flying

lone wolf and pub
all you have to do is stick it into your belt and leave the handle sticking out and just carry on as normal.. you will be arrested and probably spend 5 years in porridge but after your lenghty appeals process, when you eventually get out.. they might return the pellet gun to you....hahahahahahaha

what's wrong? do you have a rogue grey squirrel population that you need to trim down or something? or a load of empty coke cans that are just crying out to be shot off the top of an old burnt out car??
hahahahaha, I thought only 5 year olds played with toy guns!!

It is illegal to import any kind if firearm into Ireland without a firearms certificate. A pellet gun is legally defined as a firearm. If it is discovered in your baggage it could lead to all kinds trouble. If you try to mail it remember that most, if not all postal packets are routinely x-rayed and will show up anything like a pellet gun.

slim trim
you will be in jail try e bay

starrygirl
it is next to impossible because you definitely wont be able to take it in your hand luggage
and if your bags are searched you could end up in jail

Dont put it in your carry on or you'll be busted! The only way is to put it in your suitcase and check it in.
