Zamibrah, that other guy up above " agooddub " I think he has had one or two too many of them pints, take no heed of him, the drunken sot!. Irish especially Dublin people are very welcoming, friendly, sociable and loving people. Dublin is a fantastic place just drop in to any of the Local Pubs and kick off conversation and you will be suprised how many friendly people that you meet.. Cead Mhile Failte Romhat that means in English 100 thousand welcomes. \_/ Slainte = To your health.. Enjoy your trip to the land of Saints and Scholars, The Emerald Isle. \_/ Slainte.

Through work and or hobbies, try going to new pubs, you might meet some people that way.

You could join a club (football, rugby, book, etc), go to night classes, or meet through work or college.

With great difficulty.
With a name like yours, Zamibrahim, I can only assume that you are a non native. The Dubs are a very clannish lot and are always wary of befriending foreigners. It may not be PC, but it is a fact.
