Be careful
+44 704 numbers are 'personal numbers' and they are actually very expensive. They are usually used by scammers to redirect a call from the UK to another country at your expense without you realising it so you can be scammed by someone in, for example, Nigeria.

Real London numbers start +44 20

I would advise you against calling it, especially if you got it in a spam telling you that you had won some money etc. This is almost certainly a scam.

On the other hand, it could be a number used to call someone at an expensive rate in hospital (using Patientline) - if so it is still expensive so I'd keep the call short.

If you do decide to call it, replace the '+' with 00.

Just do a quick check on google for "+44 704" if you don't believe me. The call alone could run to over 100 Euro.

London numbers start with either 0207, 0206 or 0203, if you were to ring it you would dial 0044207 etc

Either the number has been given to you incorrectly or it's a premium line number which means not only will it cost you a fortune to ring, it's probably attached to a scam:

According to this article, an 070 can cost up to 50p a minute to ring from a landline in the UK:
