That's a northern address which would be a bit different one from the Republic. The main difference would be the postcode. In the South They don't use them.

If it's a Northern Address make sure you have the post code, county and 'Northern Ireland'.

If it's one in the Republic write the name of the person, followed by the name of the street, followed by the name of the closet town, followed by the county and finally the country.

A republic of ireland address would look like this:
123 fake Street.
ballykissangel.
Co. galway
ireland.


A northern ireland one would look the same except it would have the post code after ballykissangel.
