From Nenagh, I know it was about 6 hours with stops and traffic.
We drove via Dublin. I think it is quicker than going west to go north (N55). We drove to Dublin, and got on the N7 to the M50 to get on the M1 to go to Northern Ireland. Then, when you get to Belfast, get on the M2 to Coleraine, and then to the A26 and then some B roads to get to Bushmills.
Good luck!

Leave 5 hours depending on the weather , traffic etc.

go to the AA website, the route planner will tell you how long it should take. I reckon about 4 hours.
