I post things regularly from Ireland to the UK both as an Ebay seller and cards/presents to my family in the UK. Letters from Ireland to the UK take 2-3 days usually, parcels 2-5 days, longer if its a bank holiday here or over there.

Post coming from the UK to Ireland varies from 2-7 days, parcels especially can be delayed coming over.

Depends on where in Ireland. Dublin would be 2 days max, while more remote places would be twice that. If you're in a rush, you could always use overnight post and pay a bit extra.

2-3 days depending on bank holidays and stuff

This last week it was slow. I posted a letter to the UK from Mayo last Thursday and it arrived today. It's usually a bit faster I have recieved letters within 2 days posted from England

My mail to UK gets there is 2 - 3 days. Mail from UK takes longer, 4 or 5 days, which makes sense as there's a much bigger population and much more mail to sort through before it gets on its way.

Cities, the next day..anywhere smaller you're looking at two days but more than likely three..

Must say we have a great fast service, Letters arrive the day after posting from Omagh to Cambridgeshire, and same on the return journey. Unfortunately a package posted to Cambridgeshire on 13th of March still has not arrived at it's destination and it is 30th March
