How long does it take to travel from Dublin to London?
This depends on your mode of transport. A flight will be around an hour, by train & ferry via Dun Laoghaire/Holyhead is around 6 1/2 hours.
If driving, you are looking at about 5 1/2 hours including the ferry.

Cleopatra is incorrect. Ireland is and island, you cannot get the train to London. I'd say that she is thinking about the Eurostar train that goes from Waterloo (I Think) in London to Paris.

The Euro Train takes about half an hour or 25-30 minutes. In 1970 they had a Plebisite on The Audobaun in Berlin Germany. They said if you can go from Dublin to London in under an hour they're banning traffiking there.
