At 4 miles an hour, it will take 40 hours.
Overnight stops at Banbridge, Dundalk and Drogheda.
There is no border control for cars or pedestrians, so forget about a passport requirement, but a photo ID is recommended.
Carry lots of £Sterling for the first half and € euro for the second leg.

According to the AA's route planner it's 168.18 miles.

Apart from water, photo ID, water proof & warm clothing and some sugary/chocolate snacks, I really can't advise you but since it'll take a couple of days I'd invest in a good map and plan a route past some B & Bs and hotels.

Are you crazy?better off getting the bus.lol lol.

you wouldn't need a passport, but you would need plenty of time, and money to sleep over somewhere.
