probably €500+. It is expensive over here. Although, that would include drinking at least 3 nights.

Average meal is from €15, a pint is €5+, depending on where you drink. I went to Temple bar at 1.30am, and they were charging €6.50 a pint, but I suppose, it was cheaper than going into a nightclub.

But museums are free, and the hop on hop off is cheaper than some cities. Entrance into some of the attractions, like Guinness hop store is €15, which I think is ok. { I'm basing my costs, on my trip to London, where I thought stuff like that was rip off}

Public transport is cheap enough, but taxi's are too expensive, it's €4.50 just to sit in them, before ye go anywhere, and they wonder why people wont use them.

well if you have any sense stay away from temple bar,,, they charge 6.50 a pint which works out to be £5.80 for a pint of beer

realistically ya could spend 100 hundred a nite i say 700 euro should do ya so 650 pound stirling

great place to go out is diceys garden harcourt st and porterhouse central

Dublin is very expensive, depends on what you are doing and what kind of a budget you are on.
Average pint is €4-€5, Spirits about the same, sodas €3, Food- Mc D's app €7, whereas restaurants vary average starter app €6, main course from €10-€25 (depends on what you are getting!) desert app €5-€6.
Sightseeing.. tour buses app 15-20 a pop. Public buses average €2 a journey, but you would really need to know where you are going. Taxis are expensive. I would say if you are to go crazy app €500-€600, that way you are covered and you will have money to spend in the shops on clothes/souveniers etc.

agooddub
Minimum €600, but €750 would be better, as you might need some for shopping at the Airport.

allen555
Allow £100 per day for food and fluids. It is an expensive place.

The more you take, the more you're likely to spend.
Take £50 that should be plenty and gives you £10 a day to spend.
If you want to push the boat out (spend and live a little more) take £100.

dublin is really expensive especially now the euro is one to one, eating out drinking etc, is a lot more than the u.k.it depends what you want to do but whatever you can afford bring it

wet26
Depends on what you want to do when you are there. I think for meals, a couple of drink sand sightseeing around £50 per day, more if you intend to party hard.
