take the luas its faster and more reliable.

Butterfly!
well it depends where you want to get the bus from if you want to go from Parnell Square then this http://www.dublinbus.ie/your_journey/viewer.asp?placeName=Dundrum&SelectedRoute=14

or if you want to go from Townsend Street (by the quays) then this http://www.dublinbus.ie/your_journey/viewer.asp?placeName=Dundrum&SelectedRoute=44

should only take about 20mins!

Unfortunately no trains go that way! not too sure about the luas though!

luas from st stephens green.

cherub
Yes, the luas is the best way to get there. It is more comfortable and quicker. You get it at St Stephen's Green, opposite the shopping centre, at the top of Grafton St.

You'd be much better off getting the Luas out to it

Check it out online.

Cian R
Get on the LUAS at St Stephens Green and get off at Ballally.
