Howth, Dublin. What is the name of the pub over the cliff?

I am trying to remember, but it has been a long time since the last beer in Ireland. I would be grateful if some irish citizen may recall me the name of the pub over the cliff in Howth.
I met there some nice guys. Specially a boy from Scotland who had a black dog.

Was it the Summit? There was a pub called that in Howth but I don't know if it was over the cliff.

There's only one pub at the summit called the summit inn. It doesn't exactly hang over the cliff though. If you think you will remember the name when you see it, try looking up pubs in Howth in www.goldenpages.ie

the pub at the top is called the summit inn, and the one that hung over the cliff was called the asgard, but its gone now there are new apts there.

Can't think of the name of the pub but the Scottish fella's name is David and his dog is called Barney
