Depends what you're in to. There is a lot of history there; a wine museum, two very old forts (one has a guided tour), beaches, lots of restaurants and pubs and nice small shops. There are couple of huge beaches a few miles out where you can rent surf boards or go kite-surfing. Kinsale is known as the gourmet capital of Ireland and renowned for good seafood.
There are good hotels and two night clubs and about 20 pubs, some with live music at weekends.

Absolutely. It is a magical place with lots of excellent accomodation, superb location with wonderful scenery, restaurants, pubs and people, who are friendly and helpful. Quaint shops, fine dining, wines and antiques. I have to visit Kinsale again, at least once, for another cultural journey before I die.

Well, Kinsale's pretty and the fish restaurants are good, but it will be a bit chilly, i think.
