No you do not need any type of visa. Come on over and visit us as we are a friendly lot really. We are at present in the United Kingdom of Great Britian and Northern Ireland but remember, about half of us consider us Irish and the other half British. Although that half are still Irish.

The answers have already been given to you, N Ireland is part of the United Kingdom.

Happy Holiday!!!

greenorlagh
NI is part of the UK - so the answer is a resounding NO.

no because northern ireland is in the uk
but you will need a seperate visa if you want to go to the republic of ireland as it's not part of the uk

Why When How
U.K. stands for United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. So if you are living in the UK on a work visa, you can move to any of the 4 countries within the union

So the short answer in no.

So enjoy your holiday.

tallicalad
No because Northern Ireland is part of the UK... Why did you think otherwise?

Yeah it's been answered but if you have a visa for UK it applies to the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and N.Ireland)
Pop down to the South of Ireland too while you're over :)

Misty Blue
No

Katie
Northern Ireland IS the UK... Also you don't need any visa to travel to or from anywhere in the EU on holiday.
