Chris Brown is the man!
Yes there is i know this one yeahhh! its on baracks street! opened up there last year, i've been meaning to try it out, my friends say its a cool little place! The address from the answer above looks right though im not sure. Its only 2 minutes from city centre and 2 minutes from the college UCC. Also ask about the baracks street challange (its what us students do!) its were you have to walk the street and have a pint in every pub... (theres a lot of pubs!)

According to Google: Utopianation
86 Barrack Street
Cork

Why would you be looking for a hookah bar in Ireland though? Not exactly the right ambience...

Hookahs are those Arabic water pipe contraptions that people smoke flavored nicotine through. Very much the social thing in Arabic culture.

What an interesting addition to Cork. Have fun. The apple cinnamon blends smell the best.
