Giants Causeway
Rathlin Island
Carrick A Rede Rope Bridge
Bushmills Distillery
Derry/Londonderry
W5 in Belfast if you have Kids
Victoria Square if you like Shopping
Benone Beach
Portrush and Portstewart
Ulster American Folk Park
Ulster Folk and Transport Museum
Lough Neagh
Fermanagh Lakes
all these places are at the most 2 and a half hours from anywhere else. County Tyrone isn't very spectacular, just farms and the Ulster American Folk Park. I really like the North Coast and also County Fermanagh

Yeah, there's a castle near the Giant's Causeway that is falling into the sea. It's worth a look around, but I forget its name for the moment.
** Edit: It's Dunluce Castle **
Also there's a Bushmills distillery around there somewhere, if you like that kind of thing.

Go visit the Bushmills distillery ,near Coleraine, oldest distillery in Ireland, you might want to visit Portrush sea side town if you are into that kind of thing, enjoy!
Soul Jacker
If you're interested there are a few tours which take you through the history of the city from the ship yards where the titanic was built to the politics and history of the troubles.

Armagh Planetarium
My personal favourite. It's recently been renovated and if you are travelling with anyone who is any way interested in Astronomy this place shouldn't be missed.
Marble Arch Caves (Fermanagh) Are also well worth a look. Fermanagh as a county is my favourite place in NI to visit, the people are really friendly.

Beside that I'd recommend having a look at this site .
