yes of course. There are restrictions on using it in the plane but you can use it some of the time.

Yes of course as part of your hand baggage, but you have to take it out and have it scanned on its own through the x-ray (scanning) machines.

Yes you can but you may have to take it out and switch it on to show that it is working. My tip would be to make sure it is charged in case this happens to you.

You can take it with you for sure, you might not be able to use it on the plane though, check with the airline
