I brought a dvd box set in hmv in Ireland, but one of the discs won't play, what do I do?
it's a US tv show, I only brought it yesterday, discs 1-4 and 6 work fine, but number 5 doesn't, if they all didn't I'd have no problem bringing it back, but how do you change just one disc?
Bring back the complete package and they'll probably give you a new set.

Go back to the store where you bought it, they'll probably exchange the whole set.

To you it's just one disc in a set, but to the manufacturer and retailer it is a fault with a product, no matter how many parts the product has. Take it back to HMV, with the receipt of course and they will exchange the whole set for you.

Same happened to me last Christmas, I brought back the whole set, but they only exchanged the disc that was damaged. No problems.
