No it's not for only UK and Ireland. I'm from the USA too. The reason you might think that is because you are either at yahoo.co.uk OR because that's where your e-mail address is from. EX: xlxomenxlx@yahoo.co.uk. That's mine so I'm connected with the UK and Ireland instead of the American version. There are just different versions.

There is a little box at the bottom of many catagory lists. You can choose beteween UK & Ireland, or all English questions. Choose what you want, but keep an eye on the little box. I find it switches me back to UK all by itself a lot of times, when I want to be on 'all English'.
(I'm from US, too, and don't know how I got listed in the UK group.)

It's for anybody the people are from the U.K. and Ireland but there are a few from other countries like me!! You must understand the politics , news , language and sense of humour which they have plenty of if you want to get on with the people! So in a word your wrong!
