I don't know much about Belfast just want my friend's tell me its mint to be great for shopping and there lots off shop thing are mint to be good value . And people are really nice all over Ireland so if you get lose the people around you will be more that happy to help you . I hope this helps . And i know it's not much

Belfast is Northern Ireland, which isn't Ireland at all. It's part of the British Empire.
