I don't know much about Belfast just want my friend's tell me its mint to be great for shopping and there lots off shop thing are mint to be good value . And people are really nice all over Ireland so if you get lose the people around you will be more that happy to help you . I hope this helps . And i know it's not much |

as it is part of the uk y could try looking for Northern Ireland tourist office or even the uk tourist office,there is usually a tourist office to cover most areas of the uk |
