Commonly eaten:
Irish stew made with lamb, carrots and potatoes
Coddle made with sausages and rashers (slices of bacon)
Corned beef (beef treated with salt which makes it look red)
Cabbage
Brown bread (made without yeast)
Scones (small type of cake made with flour milk & butter)
Guinness is our national drink

However, nowadays we have a very international cuisine and most people eat very varied foods daily.
