you definately are something more than depressed I think, and I bet many americans think that buying a country is possible, just look at some of the dumb answers you have been given, anyway, you can't buy Ireland because Gerry Adams and Martin McGuinness have a photocopy of the deeds to the country so they will claim ownership hahahahaha!!!!
Buy Ireland!!!! that's funny... the dollar is so bad at the moment even monoply money is worth more than it!!!

............. You don't just buy countries. Even if we could buy Ireland it would be a bad investment as the dollar is so pitifully weak we couldn't afford it...we need all our money to build bombs to kill people in third world countries... :-(

Sanmigsean
I don't think that it is possible for a CONTINENT to buy a COUNTRY.

Ireland is a great country with much beauty and many opportunities, so much more than any backdoor to anywhere!

Don't you have better things to do with your life than post idiotic questions like that? Well I guess not since I see you supported that biggot Paisley. Stop ruining the Irish section with your ignorance.

As an American if we bought Ireland we would not build runways and storage units. Since their is so many Irish American descendants and other Americans just love and fancy Ireland as well. We would just make it another state, it would also be a popular vacation spot more then Hawaii is. Well, their may be few more runways built to deal with the all the Americans flying to Ireland. = )
