Well of course you can order Bud but not a "pitcher" we do pints or glasses. Some pubs serve chicken wings so yes you could get them.

However, I would hope that when you get here you would want to experience Ireland for itself and not bits of imported America. I suppose it takes all kinds!

trixielaboo
Why would you want to? Travel isn't supposed to be about seeing if you can live exactly the same as you do at home

Besides Bud Light? seriously? ewwwww even for weak a$$ American beer

You will be able to get a Bud Lite in many bars but not all, a few bars do have pitchers but not very many. Usually you'd order a pint. As for wings - I'd ask for peanuts or a bag of Tayto Cheese and Onion instead.

Hi there.
We don't do ptichers here, like they do in America. We do pints and half pints. Also, many pubs do not have Bud Light on tap. But, the Budweiser on tap in Ireland tastes like Bud Light in America.
As for the wings-- not common here. The type of food that you will be able to order in pubs varies by pub. In basic pubs, they generally have pre-made sambos (sandwiches), crisps (potato chips), Sahara nuts (hot peanuts), and Snack bars (chocolate bars). In other pubs, they have a carvery at certain times were you can order a full meal. The pub I used to work in served snacks in beween meal times. The snacks were potato wedges, chips (french fries), soup, and sandwiches. Eating in pubs is much cheaper than restaurants, and I think the food is nicer!
